I've literally owned this harness for 3 years and haven't worn it. i can't believe it its so stinking cute. and yes it took 30 mins to figure out how to wear it. I love it. every loop clips to the wrists and ankles or collar, it has a leash and i can't wait to be absolutely immobilized in this thing.
