Living in the city has not slowed down my outdoor exploration one bit! I still make it a point every single week to get into the woods and away from the noise pollution. Last weekend I was a bit under the weather but I still went out to get some fresh air, and honestly between that and the vitamin D from the sun, I felt so much better. More at peace. I feel I MUST seek refuge in nature often, because the weeks just seem to fly by these days. Feels like we are in the final home stretch of the race to finish the year. As the holiday madness picks up, my goal is to find as many moments of inner stillness as possible. The pressure to always be moving and working and earning and growing and going and going, can be excruciating. Time spent outside makes all of that chatter dissipate. That is when I am the happiest.
