Been working out regularly again but minimal gainz :c I'm quite pleased my abs are somewhat back though. Pretty sure the neighbours have a clear view of me panting through my workouts and it's not a cute sight, so y'all get the less frazzled version of a post-workout Toy

A little more work until I'm in the best shaoe I've ever been. Haven't had the time to work on my abs much lately because I'm going hard with the weight training but I'm still happy with the progress!

I've been rather persistent at the gym but I had a skip weekend because this week was super busy for me and I just had to take a break. The abs are in, the booty is poppin and it's only uphill from here. I'm pretty sure my riding is better too!!! Probably from all the cardio...
