she looks up at you, eyes heating and her breath quickening. "wanna have some fun?" she asks, a sly smile on her face.
you shrug. what's the worst that could happen? "sure. what's the catch?"

as she starts undressing, you shake your head. "oh, no. not yet. let's have some fun upstairs," you say, knowingly.
she smiles again, redressing. "in front of everyone? that does sound fun," she muses.
you lead her upstairs, and when all your friends gasp, you shove it in their face that you summoned an actual demon! and after that... you have so much fun with her.... playing games like b33r pong and drinking games of course! you can't have sex with her yet, or she'd surely take your soul! you obviously read up on succubuses beforehand!
