Halo all, okay I can easily say that today was a hell of a day. I’m pooped, between being up at 4am, #dogwalk, errands, cleaning, and the #gym. I’m spent and I feel no shame in that. I did both #eliptical and #treadmill in the gym. As well as my #back/#biceps for strength training. Nothing to complain about for today’s workout. Or the #activeminutes I earned today. Time to head home and get to rest as I need some sleep. Tomorrow is a book day as it’s midweek rest day, though weather pending I may take the dog out for a walk. For now, I’m heading home.
