Halo all, it’s another beautiful #sunnyday so it was time to get the pup out for a #dogwalk. And man is it needed, last night I had a low moment for me. Not only did I fail my lent “no junk food” challenge. I resorted to an old bad habit and went to a junk binge to try and drown out some bad feelings. I got a low point emotionally last night and ate not only a McFlurry, but also had 4 doughnuts to try and drown out my shitty feelings. It was a terrible low moment, but I knew that I was not going to make a perfect run. I was going to have slip ups, so I’m working on making myself better.
