Two last videos from my labour. I still have a few pregnancy related content to share with you after it 😄 I went into the delivering room to relax into a hot bath 6 hours after they started induction. As for the shower I took earlier, warm water helps with pain. My mate fell asleep asap on the bed where I would give birth later. No evolution with the bath so they broke my waters with a hook at the end of a needle. Everything went really quick then. I screamed at the very next contraction. It was really painful. I cried for help. Something was pushing hard. A few minutes after the water breaking, nurses made a check-up : I went from 4 to 6 centimeters dilated. I had some nitrous oxide and was grabbing that f*ing mask as if my life was depending on it. It had no effect during the contractions. I thought I was gonna die. I wanted to die. At this point I asked for an epidural. Nurses did another check-up like half an hour after the last one and had a grin on their faces "You're 8, maybe even 9 centimeters now. It's going to fast to have time for an epidural. Now on the bed and push." I hated them. I still do tho. In 2 hours, I went from 4 to 10 centimeters dilated, I pushed, baby was stuck and pulled by doctors then put on my belly. It was too intense and quick for me to believe it was real. Even now it's still hard to believe it. But the baby is here and real 😅
