Haven’t posted a lot in a while because i work full time now but also that i gained some weight and I’m struggling to get it off. I sit at my job and also started working second shift last week so I’m a little depressed because it’s been hard for me to get used to! I strength train at least twice a week (trying to get that to four but getting up early-ish is hard when I get home at midnight!!) I also try to work in cardio or some sort of HIIT/Tabata workout. I also have been trying to focus on my calorie intake. So overall I should be losing weight soon but we will see 😭 Hope you all have been having a good start to 2025!!
