Hey guys!
I accidentally fell down the stairs. I’m okay…injured but nothing serious, thank goodness.
I thought this would be a great opportunity to lead a short meditation for sitting with discomfort. We all have pain in our bodies, hearts, or minds. It is a spiritual skill to not burry it, hide it, or cover it. To learn to simply sit with discomfort is a profound skill.
