Workoutđź’Ş
Sport has become a part of my life and I love how it makes me feel! Today’s focus was on glutes 🍑

Here’s the plan I followed:
✅ Bulgarian split squats – 3 sets × 10 reps
✅ Dumbbell squats – 3 sets × 15 reps
✅ Hyperextensions – 3 sets × 12 reps
✅ Romanian deadlifts – 3 sets × 13 reps
